STATEMENT

This bill provides that, notwithstanding any law to the contrary, no business may be required by State law to post any sign, disclaimer, or other information, or be subject to any fine or penalty for failure to post any sign, disclaimer, or other information.

This bill supersedes any current laws requiring businesses to post any sign, disclaimer, or other information, and removes any such requirements for businesses.  The bill would remove all information posting requirements, including requirements related to employment or consumer disclosures.
