Makes supplemental appropriation of $35 million to “Urban and Rural Centers Unsafe Buildings Demolition Revolving Loan Fund".

A Supplement to “An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 and regulating the disbursement thereof,” approved, 2021 (P.L.2021, c. ).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2021, c. , (pending before the Legislature as Senate Bill No. 2022 and Assembly Bill No. 5870 of 2020), the annual appropriations act for Fiscal Year 2021-2022, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

2. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill provides a supplemental appropriation of $35 million from the General Fund to the “Urban and Rural Centers Unsafe Buildings Demolition Revolving Loan Fund.” This fund was established pursuant to P.L.1997, c.125 to assist municipalities with building demolition and disposal projects.
