STATEMENT TO

ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 178

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

      The Assembly Budget Committee reports favorably Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 178.

     The passage of a concurrent resolution by each House is the means for the Legislature's approval of the Fiscal Year 2019 Financial Plan of the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank.  The New Jersey Infrastructure Bank submitted the consolidated Financial Plan to the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the General Assembly on or before May 15, 2018, as required by law.  The Fiscal Year 2019 Financial Plan implements the financing of clean water and drinking water projects on the project eligibility lists developed by the Department of Environmental Protection.

FISCAL IMPACT:

      This concurrent resolution has not been certified as requiring a Fiscal Note.
