ASSEMBLY, No. 702

with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: FEBRUARY 24, 2020

      This Assembly amendment requires the bill to remain inoperative for one year following the date of enactment.  Currently, the bill would take effect immediately and provide that any information technology contract entered into by a State agency having a value in excess of $100,000 require the contractor to use software to verify hours billed.
