with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: JULY 30, 2020

      These floor amendments require an institution of higher education to conduct a campus climate survey at intervals no longer than four years rather than every three years.  The floor amendments eliminate the requirement that the action plan be developed every three years. The action plan will continue to be responsive to the issues and needs identified in the campus climate survey.
