      The Assembly Transportation and Independent Authorities Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 4947.

      As reported, this bill provides that the provisions of P.L.2018, c.165 are retroactive to October 18, 2008.  P.L.2018, c.165 is a law that clarifies provisions of the “Predatory Towing Prevention Act.”

      As reported, Assembly Bill No. 4947 is identical to Senate Bill No. 3004, which was also reported by the committee on this date.
