STATEMENT TO

ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 183

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

      The Assembly Appropriations Committee reports favorably Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 183.

      The passage of a concurrent resolution by each House is the means for the Legislature's approval of the Fiscal Year 2021 Financial Plan of the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank.  The consolidated Financial Plan was submitted to the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the General Assembly on or before May 15, 2020 as required by law to implement financing of clean water and drinking water projects on the eligibility lists developed by the Department of Environmental Protection.

      As reported by the committee, Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 183 is identical to Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 115, which also was reported by the committee on this date.

      This concurrent resolution has not been certified as requiring a fiscal note.
