An Act requiring the State to sell and convey to the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey certain land and improvements known as the Piscataway Regional Day School.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. a. The Department of the Treasury is authorized to sell and convey, as surplus real property, all of the State’s interest in the property known as the Piscataway Regional Day School, which contains 5.43± acres of land and improvements located at 1670 Stelton Road, designated as Block 9201, Lot 46.12, in the Township of Piscataway, County of Middlesex.
The property shall be sold and conveyed to the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey for the sum of one dollar.
b. The sale and conveyance authorized by subsection a. of this section shall be executed in accordance with the terms and conditions approved by the State House Commission.
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
