with Senate Floor Amendments

      These Senate amendments provide that the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) will make one of the appointments to the New Jersey Higher Education Student Advisory Commission.  The student appointed by the NJEA will be a member  of the NJEA Preservice Program who represents any one of the higher education sectors.  The Secretary of Higher Education will appoint all of the remaining members.  Under the bill as introduced, the secretary made all of the appointments.
