      This bill prohibits businesses in New Jersey from engaging in gender-based priced discrimination. Under the bill, any person who offers or provides tailoring or wearing apparel alteration services, cosmetology and hairstyling services, or clothes laundering or dry cleaning services to consumers is required to provide, upon request, a full written price list.

      These Senate amendments provide that the price list required under the bill may be provided to consumers electronically.
