      The Senate Transportation Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 2867.

      As reported, this bill expands the topics concerning bicycle and pedestrian safety covered on the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission knowledge test to include: (1) the circumstances under which cyclists and pedestrians are required to move with or against the flow of traffic and (2) how to properly understand traffic control signals and pedestrian crossing signals.
