with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 20, 2021

      These floor amendments provide that no campus staff, faculty, or resident assistant at an institution of higher education will be held liable for any good faith act or omission consistent with the implementation of suicide prevention programs and mental health awareness programs required under the bill. For purposes of this bill, good faith shall not include willful misconduct, gross negligence, or recklessness.
