with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: JUNE 3, 2021

      These Senate amendments revise the effective date of the bill.  As introduced, the provisions of the bill would take effect immediately upon enactment, or on the effective date of a constitutional amendment to legalize cannabis for personal, non-medical use by adults who are 21 years of age or older, whichever occurred later.  These amendments provide that the provisions of the bill will take effect immediately.
