STATEMENT TO

SENATE, No. 3389

with Senate Floor Amendments

(Proposed by Senator WEINBERG)

ADOPTED: JUNE 24, 2021

      These Senate amendments require each committee, as defined in the bill, to create a written summary form of the anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policy and to provide the form to any person who renders personal, clerical, administrative, or professional services to, for, or on behalf of the committee for a period of four or less days.  The amendments also change the membership of the Safe Campaigns Advisory Board.
