STATEMENT TO

SENATE, No. 4161

with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 2, 2021

      These floor amendments include clarifications to additional provisions of law to remove the references to the promulgation of the national census by the Governor.  The amendments also clarify that whenever in any statute or regulation reference is made to promulgation of the federal decennial census, the same will mean and refer to the receipt by the Governor of the official federal decennial census.
