STATE OF NEW JERSEY

      The Assembly Appropriations Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 4218 (1R).

      As amended, the bill appropriates $2 million to the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority for the purpose of supporting any costs associated with hosting the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) National Convention in Atlantic City in July 2022. 

      As reported by the committee, Senate Bill No. 4218 (1R) is identical to Assembly Bill No. 6256, which was amended and reported by the committee on this date.

      This bill is not certified as requiring a fiscal note.
